摘要
基于水压爆破法对碳纤维复合材料薄壁管(CFRP)的模量测试进行了研究,通过软件模拟计算和实验研究了管件壁厚对模量测试结果的影响。研究表明,管件壁厚的增加会导致模量测试结果的偏高,并且纤维模量越高,影响越大。分析认为,径向压缩效应是产生这种影响的根本原因。故水压爆破试样设计时,应在保证样件结构稳定的条件下,尽可能采用小的壁厚。
Abstract
The modules of carbon fiber reinorced plastics (CFRP) thin-wall pipe tested by water pressure blasting method was researched.The effect of wall thickness on test value of modules was analyzed by simulation and experimental investigation.It shown that the test value of modules increased with wall thickness of CFRP pipe,and the greater the modules of carbon fiber,the greater the influence.According to the analysis it concluded that the radial compression effect was the main reason.Therefor the wall thickness of CFRP pipe should be as less as possible on the premise of structure stability when the sample was tested by water pressure blasting method.
